EYSEF150AL is an Appleton 1-1/2 inch conduit sealing fitting designed for explosionproof, dust-ignitionproof, and raintight applications.This aluminum sealing fitting prevents the passage of gases, vapors, or flames between conduit sections and restricts explosions to the sealed enclosure. It features smooth, rounded integral bushings in each hub to protect conductor insulation and accurately tapped tapered threads for tight, rigid joints with ground continuity. The removable nipple can be used interchangeably in the top or bottom hub. It is UL Listed for use with Kwiko A Sealing Compound and suitable for threaded rigid metal conduit (RMC) and intermediate metal conduit (IMC).
