EYS61 is a Crouse-Hinds 2" female conduit sealing fitting designed for hazardous location applications requiring explosion-proof protection and Group B compliance. This Feraloy iron alloy fitting provides secure, gas-tight connections for rigid conduit and IMC systems in both vertical and horizontal installations. Engineered for use in Class I, Division 1 environments, the EYS61 conduit sealing fitting restricts the passage of gases, vapors, and flames at atmospheric pressure and normal ambient temperatures. Its robust construction features precision-machined female threads, integral bushings for conductor protection, and a compact design for easy installation in crowded electrical enclosures. The fitting is suitable for use with Crouse-Hinds sealing compound and fiber, meeting NEC and CEC requirements for hazardous locations.
