EYD5 KIT is an Eaton Crouse-Hinds series EYS/EYD drain conversion kit that converts an EYS to an EYD conduit sealing fitting. EYD5 KIT is designed for use with EYS5 fittings and provides automatic drainage of condensate in vertical conduit runs. The fitting is constructed of Feraloy iron alloy and/or ductile iron with a 1-1/2 inch trade size and female connection. It restricts the passage of gases, vapors, or flames while preventing condensate accumulation above the seal in explosionproof electrical installations. Key Specifications
