EXGJH218

EXGJH218 is an Appleton explosionproof, dust-ignitionproof, and watertight flexible conduit coupling designed for hazardous locations where vibration or movement is a concern.

This heavy-duty coupling features a bronze outer braid, brass inner core with insulating liner, and female threaded connections. It is engineered to replace rigid conduit in difficult-bend situations, providing electrical conductivity equal to rigid conduit without requiring a bonding jumper. The smooth, rounded integral bushings protect conductor insulation, and the interior liner guards against abrasion under vibration.
