EH1 is a fast recovery diode designed for efficient rectification with a 0.6 ampere current rating and 200 volts maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage.EH1 features a low forward voltage drop of 1.35 V and a fast reverse recovery time of 4 microseconds, making it suitable for secondary-side rectification and freewheel diode applications in converters. It comes with Pb-free bare leads and meets RoHS compliance with UL94V-0 flammability rating.
