ECP1523
ECP1523 is a 3-pole, 2-wire straight blade plug designed for use in hazardous locations requiring explosionproof and dust-ignitionproof protection. This Appleton U-Line Interchanger ECP Standard Plug features copper-free aluminum construction for durability and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for industrial and petrochemical environments. The ECP1523 plug is rated for 15 amps and 125 volts AC, with a cable diameter range of 0.538 to 0.639 inches. It is compatible with standard non-explosionproof receptacles as well as U-Line explosionproof receptacles, providing flexibility for various applications. The plug features a unique blade-type contact design for superior electrical contact and a longer housing for easier insertion and withdrawal. A twist-lock mechanism ensures secure connection and prevents accidental disconnection.
