This coupling features a 1-inch trade size with a male connection on one end and a female connection on the other. It is constructed with forged brass ends, an electrogalvanized chromate-treated steel female union, and a bronze braid flexible core. Suitable for use in hazardous locations including Class I Division 1 Groups C and D, Class II Division 1 Groups E, F, and G, and Class III environments, it is UL 1203 approved and designed for wet locations. The coupling supports horizontal or vertical mounting and is compatible with rigid metal conduit (RMC) and intermediate metal conduit (IMC).
