E1049X-203 is a hazardous-rated Roughneck single-conductor connector designed for oil and gas drilling applications. E1049X-203 is the hazardous-duty variant of the E1049 series, engineered for extreme reliability in demanding environments. This male plug features solid copper contacts with corrosion-resistant plating, a color-coded rubber insulator for quick circuit identification, and watertight construction. It supports up to 916A continuous current at 55°C ambient temperature with 1000V AC/DC rating and NEMA 3 environmental protection. The connector uses hexagon crimp or solder connection for 777 MCM wire and is cULus listed (File No. E73864) with hazardous location certifications including Class I Division 2 and IECEx compliance.
