E1016-1732BB is an Eaton Crouse-Hinds series Cam-Lok J Series E1016 insulated female receptacle designed for industrial power distribution and control applications. This single-pole connector features a double cam principle that provides a positive, vibration-proof connection with self-compensating wear characteristics and no moving contact surfaces to eliminate arcing or burning. The locked contacts withstand a pulling force of 1000 lb, and a 1/3 turn assures high-pressure contact approaching 600 lb/sq-in for minimum resistance. The watertight elastomeric body is molded from colorfast TPE material and color-coded for easy phase identification, with recessed contacts protected by an insulating jacket that extends beyond contact ends for safety.
