E100A is a high-performance end seal kit designed for use with Raychem BTV, QTVR, XTV, KTV, and VPL industrial heating cables, providing reliable insulation and protection in harsh environments. The Raychem E-100-A end seal kit is engineered for above-insulation mounting on pipes, projecting through thermal insulation and cladding for easy maintenance. It features a rugged, re-enterable design made from high-performance engineering polymer, resistant to impact, high temperature, chemicals, and UV exposure. The kit is approved by FM and CSA for use in hazardous locations and supports up to 100 mm of insulation thickness. The E-100-A allows for voltage and continuity checks by simply removing the cap and sealing boot, and the E-100-L-A variant includes a replaceable LED signal light for visual inspection of circuit continuity.
