CLL3015
CLL3015 is a 1.5A low noise negative linear regulator with adjustable output voltage from Analog Devices.This device features a wide input voltage range from -1.8V to -30V and an adjustable output voltage range from -1.22V to -29.5V. It offers a low dropout voltage of 310mV and precision current limiting with foldback for enhanced protection. The LT3015 is stable with a 10µF ceramic output capacitor and provides low output noise of 60µVRMS over 10Hz to 100kHz bandwidth. It also includes low quiescent current of 1.1mA and supports precision shutdown logic.
