CGB398

CGB398 is a Crouse-Hinds straight cable gland designed for secure, environmental sealing of non-armored and tray cables in general purpose and hazardous locations.

This cable gland features a 1" NPT male threaded connection and accommodates cable sizes from 7/8" to 1" in diameter. It is constructed from aluminum or steel with a chromate/electro-plated zinc finish for corrosion resistance. The CGB398 is suitable for use with a variety of cable types, including TC, TC-ER, ITC, PLTC, and flexible cords (Type S, SO, ST, SJ, etc.), and is listed for Class I, Division 2 hazardous locations when installed per NEC 501.10(B)(4).
