CESD6034 is a 60 Amp, 125-250 Volt AC, 4-Pole, 3-Wire explosionproof receptacle with mounting box from Appleton.This Appleton CESD Series receptacle features a surface mount design with pressure wire terminals and a 1-1/4 inch vertical feed-thru hub. It is constructed with copperfree aluminum receptacle and cover, and a malleable iron mounting box. The unit is factory sealed with no external seals required, providing delayed-action safety with Slide-Lok design. It is UL listed and CSA certified for Class I, Division 1 and 2, Groups D hazardous locations. The receptacle includes brass contacts with beryllium copper wire springs for superior electrical contact and is designed to confine arcing safely inside. It is suitable for lighting systems, conveyors, heaters, motor-generator sets, air conditioners, compressors, and pumps.
