C57 is a Crouse-Hinds 1-1/2 inch Feraloy iron alloy Condulet Form 7 conduit outlet body designed for threaded rigid conduit applications.This conduit body features a C shape and is constructed from durable Feraloy iron alloy with electrogalvanized finish and aluminum acrylic paint for corrosion resistance. It includes integral bushings to protect wire insulation and a sheet steel wedge nut cover with integral gasket for NEMA 3R raintight protection when installed properly. The cover screws are stainless steel with a combination slotted and Phillips head for easy installation and superior corrosion protection. It meets UL Standard 514B, CSA Standard 22.2 No. 18, and is suitable for use in Class I, Division 2 locations per NEC Article 501.10(B)(4).
