BAN-5 is a 5 amp, 250 VAC, 5AG midget fast-acting industrial fuse from Eaton's Bussmann series.This fuse features a fibre tube body with bronze ferrules plated in nickel, designed for fast blow operation. It measures 10.3 mm by 38.1 mm and is intended for mounting in Buss BM series fuseblocks. The BAN-5 fuse has interrupting ratings of 100A at 250 VAC and is military tested for reliability. It is a discontinued series with BAF series recommended as replacement.
