AFTR1-KW is a 15 Amp, 125 Volt tamper-resistant AFCI outlet designed for residential and commercial branch circuit protection. This outlet features advanced arc-fault detection to help prevent electrical fires caused by arc faults in wiring and cords. The Leviton AFTR1-KW outlet is a 2-pole, 3-wire device with a NEMA 5-15R configuration. It is tamper-resistant, self-grounding, and supports both back and side wiring. The outlet is constructed with a polycarbonate material and includes a white monochromatic finish. It is suitable for wall mounting and is UL and CSA listed for safety.
