A70QS8-14F is a premium AMP-TRAP French cylindrical semiconductor fuse designed for high-speed protection in inverter drives and UPS systems. This solid-fill fuse delivers extremely fast acting response with superior low I2t characteristics for improved semiconductor protection and equipment performance. A70QS8-14F features a 14x51mm (2 inch x 9/16 inch) body size with ferrule mount capability up to 100A for design versatility. The fuse is IEC rated 690VAC with 200kA interrupting capacity and 700VDC with 100kA interrupting capacity at 10ms time constant. Additionally, it carries an 890VDC rating for capacitor discharge applications up to 2.5ms time constant. All ampere ratings are available with or without a striker for flexible installation options.
