A70QS500-4 is a 500 amp, 700 volt high speed semiconductor fuse from Ferraz Shawmut designed for reliable protection of sensitive electrical equipment.This Amp-Trap® A70QS series fuse features a bolted blade mounting type and is rated for 700V AC/DC operation. It provides superior protection for motor drives, UPS systems, and inverters with very low I2t for enhanced equipment safety and longer fuse life under cyclic loading. The fuse has a 40kA interrupt rating and is UL and CSA certified.
