A70QS25-14F is a high speed semiconductor fuse designed for reliable protection in power electronics applications.
This fuse features a solid-fill construction with a 14mm diameter and 51mm length, rated for 25 amps and 700 volts DC, with an interrupting rating of 200kA AC and 100kA DC at a 10ms time constant.
