A70QS20-22F is a high-speed semiconductor fuse designed for protecting sensitive electronic components in industrial applications.This Mersen Amp-Trap® A70QS20-22F fuse features a 20 Amp current rating, 690 Volt AC and 700 Volt DC voltage ratings, and a 200kA interrupting rating at 690VAC. It is a solid-fill French cylindrical fuse with a 22mm x 58mm physical size, providing extremely fast acting, current limiting protection equivalent to Bussmann FWP style fuses. It is IEC tested and suitable for capacitor discharge applications up to 890 VDC.
