A70Q600-4 is a high speed semiconductor fuse designed for inverter applications requiring extremely low I2t and fast-acting protection.This Eaton (Mersen) A70Q600-4 fuse features a 600 ampere rating, 700 volts AC and 650 volts DC voltage rating, and a 1-pole bolted mounting style. It uses solid fill technology for enhanced reliability and provides the lowest I2t of any fuse in this voltage rating for optimal circuit protection. The fuse body is made of fiberglass with tin-plated copper terminals and is UL recognized and CE certified.
