A70Q250-4 is a 250 Amp, 700 Volt AC semiconductor fuse designed for extremely fast acting protection in inverter and semiconductor applications.A70Q250-4 features solid fill technology for enhanced reliability and current limiting performance. It is UL recognized with a 100,000 AIC interrupt rating for both AC and DC, suitable for circuits requiring low I²t and responsive protection. The fuse is a single pole, stud mount type, measuring 2 inches by 5.09 inches, and is tested to UL Standard 198L.
