A30QS60-4 is a Ferraz Shawmut semiconductor fuse designed for fast acting current limiting protection at 60 amps and 300 volts AC/DC.
This fuse provides superior protection for power semiconductors such as diodes and SCRs, featuring a 1.5" x 3.84" ceramic body with bolt-on mounting. It has an interrupt rating of 200,000 AIC AC and 100,000 AIC DC, making it suitable for heavy-duty rectifiers and power supplies up to 300V. The A30QS60-4 is UL recognized and equivalent to Bussmann FWX style fuses.
