A30QS4-1 is a 4 amp, 300 volt fast acting semiconductor fuse from Eaton's A30QS series designed for power semiconductor protection.This fuse features low I2t to minimize damage to protected components during short circuits, controlled arc voltage to reduce stress on circuit components, and is current limiting with superior DC capabilities. It is UL recognized and suitable for protecting power semiconductors such as diodes and SCRs at 300V or less.
