A2K500R is a Mersen Class RK1 fast-acting fuse rated for 500 amperes and 250 volts AC/DC, designed for reliable circuit protection.This A2K-R series fuse features a current-limiting Amp-Trap design that provides excellent protection in high short-circuit current environments. It is suitable for branch and feeder circuits, load centers, panelboards, switchboards, bus ducts, and lighting circuits. The fuse has a clip mounting type and an interrupt rating of 200 kA. It is UL Listed to Standard 248-12 and CSA Certified to Standard C22.2 No. 248.12, with DC testing to UL 248 limits.
