A25X600-4 is a Mersen semiconductor fuse designed for protecting power semiconductors such as diodes and SCRs in heavy-duty rectifier and power supply applications.
This fast-acting, current limiting fuse features a 600 ampere rating and 250 VAC voltage rating with a 10.6 kiloampere interrupting capacity. It has a round body measuring 1.5 inches in diameter by 3.84 inches in length, with blade terminals and bolt mounting for secure installation. The fuse minimizes damage to protected components by limiting I2T and controlling arc voltage during fault clearing. It is UL approved and RoHS compliant, suitable for North American round style fuse holders.
