A25X400-4 is a Mersen AMP-TRAP semiconductor fuse designed for protecting power semiconductors such as diodes and SCRs.
This fuse features a 400 ampere rating and 250 volt AC voltage rating with a 10.6 kA interrupt rating. It is a current limiting fast acting fuse from the A25X series, equipped with blade terminals and designed for bolt mounting. The fuse body measures 1.5 inches in diameter by 3.84 inches in length. Its low I2T characteristic minimizes damage to protected components during short circuits, and the controlled arc voltage reduces stress on circuit components during fuse clearing. The fuse is RoHS compliant and meets UL standards.
