A240R36R is a Mersen Amp-Trap Series medium voltage fuse designed for motor protection with a 2400 VAC voltage rating and 650 amperes current rating.
This R-Rated fuse features a 3-inch diameter barrel and ferrule terminal type for clip mounting. It provides current-limiting short circuit protection with a high interrupting rating of 65 kA, suitable as a back-up fuse coordinated with overload relays in motor starters. The fuse body is made of epoxy insulating material and includes a visual indication system for fuse status. It is UL recognized and RoHS compliant.
