A15QS3-2 is a 3 amp, 150 volt semiconductor fast acting fuse designed for protecting diodes and other semiconductor devices.
This high speed Amp-Trap® A15QS fuse features a bolt-on stud mounting style and provides current limiting protection with a fast blow characteristic. It has an interrupt rating of 100 kA at 150 VAC and 50 kA at 150 VDC, making it suitable for demanding semiconductor circuit protection applications. The fuse is UL approved and part of the A15QS series.
