A13X200-4 is a Ferraz Shawmut Mersen semiconductor fuse designed for high-speed circuit protection.This fuse features a 200 ampere rating with a voltage capacity of 130 VAC and 100 VDC. It is a Form 101 type fuse with a current limiting, fast-acting characteristic, suitable for semiconductor protection applications.
