A100P800-4 is a Mersen high speed semiconductor fuse designed for robust protection in demanding power electronics applications.

This fast-acting, current-limiting fuse is part of the Amp-Trap® A100P series, offering superior reliability and low I2t for minimized damage to protected components during short circuits. It is engineered for the protection of UPS systems, AC and DC drives, reduced voltage motor starters, and similar equipment up to 1000VAC or 750VDC. The controlled arc voltage reduces stress on circuit components during fuse clearing, and the fuse is available with an optional blown-fuse indicator.
