A070URD32TTI0400 is a high-speed Protistor® size 32 aR semiconductor fuse designed by Mersen for robust protection of power conversion equipment.This fuse features a 400 ampere rating and operates at up to 690 VAC (IEC) / 700 VAC (UL) voltage. It is engineered with die-cut elements embedded in solidified sand to control arcing characteristics, providing ultra-fast acting protection for semiconductors such as diodes, thyristors, and IGBT devices. The square body fuse includes silver-plated contact surfaces and non-magnetic hardware, with an optional low voltage trip indicator compatible with field mountable microswitches.
