The fuse includes a visual blown-fuse indicator for positive identification of fuse status. It uses silver-plated copper terminals and a polytube insulating body. The fuse is current-limiting, providing superior equipment protection by melting at currents as low as 1.7 times its rating, and is UL listed for compatibility with UL listed equipment.
