9001KA53 is a Square D Harmony Class 9001K motor control contact block designed for push button and selector switch applications. This power reed contact block features hermetically sealed contacts with positive opening action and is compatible with Harmony 9001K and 9001SK 30mm control units.Technical Specifications: The contact block operates with a momentary action and includes 1 normally closed (1NC) contact configuration. It is rated for 3 amperes at 240V AC or 115V DC, with a rated insulation voltage of 250V and impulse withstand voltage of 2.5 kV. The screw clamp terminals accommodate wire sizes from 24 to 12 AWG (0.22 to 2.5 mm² IEC 60947-1) with a tightening torque of 0.8 N.m. The contact material is silver alloy, and the enclosure type is IP20. Operating temperature range is -13 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit includes an amorphous nylon housing, stainless steel spring, and steel mounting hardware. Short-circuit protection is provided by a 10A cartridge fuse per IEC 60947-5-1.
