61975 is a bi-metal pin connector from Thomas & Betts designed for reliable electrical connections between aluminum and copper conductors.
This connector features an electrolytic tin-plated aluminum construction with an insulating neoprene cover, rated for 600 volts. It converts aluminum cable sizes 700 to 750 KCMIL to a copper pigtail wire size of 500 KCMIL, eliminating cold flow and oxidation issues. The barrel is prefilled with joint compound to enhance conductivity and durability. It is UL and CSA approved and rated for operation up to 90 degrees Celsius.
