This locking receptacle features rugged nylon construction for impact, sunlight, and chemical resistance, with one-piece contacts to reduce friction and overheating. It is rated for 20 Amps and 250 Volts AC with a 3 HP AC horsepower rating at rated voltage. The device is grounding type with back termination accommodating 18-10 AWG wire. It withstands 2000V dielectric voltage per UL498 and operates in dry environments with a temperature range from -40°C to 60°C. The receptacle is UL and CSA certified and carries a limited lifetime warranty.
