1054 is the Analog Devices LT1054, a monolithic, bipolar, switched-capacitor voltage converter and regulator providing higher output current with low voltage loss.The LT1054 regulates up to 100mA output current with a total voltage drop of typically 1.1V at 100mA. It operates over an input voltage range of 3.5V to 15V and features an internal reference and error amplifier for regulation. The device includes an external shutdown capability with supply current less than 100µA in shutdown mode and supports external oscillator synchronization. It is available in SO-8 and SW16 packages and is pin compatible with LTC1044/ICL7660 devices.
